What I'm Working on

Marchbreak is going by like a race car, I can't belive it is friday! Anyway during the march break I did manage to do some loom knitting. I knit with some of my cousins, and started making a loom knit top. I am making it off the top of my head so I dont know how well it will turn out, but as soon as it is finished I promise I will post some pictures. (I really will! The only reason I havn't lately is because loading them onto my puter is sucha chore)

Forgetful....

Forgetful? No not me!!! (AS IF!) I handed in my project today for the knitting contest I entered at Soper Creek Yarn. Guess who forgot to take a picture? Umm that would be me. I got to see some of the other contestants projects and I am totally not going to win, but that doesn't matter because I had a lot of fun doing it!

Dyeing Yarn

 I dyed some yarn for a experiment yarn a couple weeks ago. I dyed bamboo, wool, alpaca, cotton, and angora. I will post the finished pics sometime soon.

I am also making a felted basket for a contest I am entering at a local yarn store. It was there grand opening last weekend and they have a yarn contest going on till sometime in March. I will try to have more pics soon! :)

Aranzi Aronzo Bookmark

I have been Making some items from a book I have called Cute Stuff by Aranzi Aronzo . All their things are so cute!!!! The pattern I used for the applique was supposed to be used for a book cover, but hey bookmark and book cover are almost the same thing!!!(well kinda:) I also made a alligator and put it on my pencil case. I love this book!!!!!!! Oh and just in case you think I've forgot about my looms, I am planning on making a Knick Knack box by Isela Phelps. Have a good Day!!!!

Im so Sad

Im so sad. I have some pictures to post and my computer is not recognizing my camera!!! Anyway they are of some sewing I have been doing. I have a book called Cute Stuff. It is by a Japanese company called Aranzi Aronzo. All there stuff is so cute. I made a bookmark using one of the applique patterns that is supposed to be used for a book cover. But hey, there isn't a law on how creative you can be is there?
